FRA Proposes Amendments to Freight Car Safety Standards to Implement Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is proposing to amend the Freight Car Safety Standards to comply with section 22425 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which restricts the use of certain materials and technology in newly built freight cars in the United States.
