EPA Disapproves Portions of Colorado's Air Plan to Meet 2008 Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has disapproved certain elements of Colorado's state implementation plan (SIP) to meet the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) in the Denver Metro/North Front Range nonattainment area (DMNFR Area).
