FAA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Policy Update on Aeronautical Activities

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended the comment period for its proposed policy update on the definition of aeronautical activities to include unmanned aircraft systems, advanced air mobility, and commercial space launch or re-entry vehicle operations, from December 15, 2023, to January 15, 2024.
