HUD Extends Compliance Date for Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is extending the compliance date for several programs, including HOME, HTF, HOPWA, and CDBG, until January 1, 2025, to allow jurisdictions and grantees more time to implement HUD's income and asset requirements.
