FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for CFM International LEAP-1B Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all CFM International LEAP-1B engines to address a potential safety issue related to the use of certain high-pressure turbine (HPT) rotor stage 1 disks and compressor rotor stages 6-10 spool.
