U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Hydrofluorocarbon Blends from China
The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that imports of R-410A and R-407C from Malaysia, using China-origin components, are circumventing an antidumping duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China.
