U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Circumvention of Antidumping Duty on R-410A from Turkey Using China-Origin Components

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that imports of R-410A from Turkey, made with components from China, are circumventing an existing antidumping duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China.
