AHRQ Accepts Voluntary Delisting of ORQA, LLC as Patient Safety Organization

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has accepted a notification from ORQA, LLC to relinquish its status as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) under the Patient Safety Act of 2005, which allows for the voluntary delisting of PSOs that no longer meet the required standards.
