Patient Safety Organizations: Voluntary Delisting by Sprixx, a Component of Harbor Medical, Inc.

Harbor Medical, Inc. component Sprixx has voluntarily relinquished its status as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). This decision comes after Sprixx attests that it no longer meets the statutory and regulatory requirements for listing as a PSO.
