DoD Proposes Amendments to NISPOM Based on Public Comments

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing changes to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) in response to public comments received on a December 21, 2020, final rule, addressing implementation guidance, costs, and procedures for handling classified and unclassified information, as well as personnel security clearance processes.
