EPA Proposes Approval of Alabama's Limited Maintenance Plan for 2006 PM2.5 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State implementation plan revision submitted by Alabama, which includes a limited maintenance plan for the Birmingham area to maintain 2006 PM2.5 NAAQS through 2034.
