SEC Proposes Extension of Rule 8b-1 to 8b-31

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed a collection of comments on proposed rule changes to extend certain disclosure requirements for political contributions, including rules 8b-1 to 8b-5, 8b-10 to 8b-22, and 8b-25 to 8b-31.
