EPA Approves California's Air Quality Plan for San Joaquin Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of California's plan to meet Clean Air Act standards for fine particulate matter in the San Joaquin Valley, with the exception of contingency measures that will be addressed in a separate rulemaking.
