Coast Guard to Remove Smith Point Traffic Separation Scheme From Nautical Charts

The US Coast Guard plans to remove the Smith Point Traffic Separation Scheme from nautical charts and US Coast Pilot, replacing it with a red and white striped mid-channel buoy.
