U.S. Department of the Navy Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Hawaii-California Training and Testing Activities

The U.S. Department of the Navy, in cooperation with the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army, and U.S. Air Force, plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Hawaii-California Training and Testing (HCTT) activities, which will include range sustainment and modernization, training, and testing activities.
