EPA Approves Revisions to Indiana VOC Rules for Cold Cleaning Degreasing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the volatile organic compound (VOC) rules in Indiana, allowing the use of a VOC control device for cold cleaning degreasing operations as an alternative to low vapor pressure solvents.
