EPA Extends Time-Limited Tolerance for Kasugamycin Residues in Almonds

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule to extend time-limited tolerances for residues of kasugamycin in or on almond and almond hulls, following an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
