Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation Amends Regulation on Allocation of Assets in Single-Employer Plans

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation has updated its regulation on asset allocation in single-employer plans to include interest assumptions for valuing benefits, effective for plans with valuation dates in the first quarter of 2024.
