The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management has received a notification from Venture Global LNG, Inc. regarding a recent corporate reorganization affecting its subsidiaries, Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC, Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC, and Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC.
