Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Illinois River

The US Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in the Illinois River, between Mile Marker 165.2 and 166.3, to protect personnel, vessels, and the environment from hazards during the McClugage Bridge arch installation.
