EPA Stays Sanctions for California's San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination that California's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) meets the Clean Air Act requirements for the San Joaquin Valley nonattainment area, staying the offset sanction and deferring the highway sanction.
