EPA Proposes Revisions to California Air Plan, Including Smog Check Contingency Measure

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) that would include a contingency measure to narrow the Smog Check inspection exemption for newer model year vehicles in certain nonattainment areas.
