Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone in Laguna de Lobina, Puerto Rico

The US Coast Guard has set up a 50-yard radius safety zone around Culebra Bridge in Laguna de Lobina, Puerto Rico, due to structural damage to the bridge, to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards.
