Copyright Royalty Judges Correct Royalty Rates for Physical Phonorecords and Permanent Downloads

The Copyright Royalty Judges amended regulations on December 12, 2023, to correct the calculation of royalty rates for making and distributing physical phonorecords and Permanent Downloads of nondramatic musical works, which had an incorrect per-minute rate.
