EPA Proposes Approval of Georgia's Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Georgia, one in June 2022 and the other in June 2023, which update the state's inspection and maintenance requirements and terminology to reflect advances in test and vehicle technology.
