DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS for Major Weapon Systems Data Requirements

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to clarify data requirements for procurements related to major weapon systems, as mandated by the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
