U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Chinese Subsidies on Solar Cells, Rescinds Review for 65 Companies

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that Chinese producers of solar cells provided countervailable subsidies, and is rescinding the review for 65 companies, inviting further comment.
