U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Authorization for Incidental Harassment of Polar Bears in Alaska

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes a one-year authorization to nonlethally harass small numbers of Southern Beaufort Sea polar bears in Alaska for activities such as oil well plugging and construction.
