U.S. Department of Energy Extends Comment Period for National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Procedures

The U.S. Department of Energy is extending the public comment period for proposed changes to its implementing procedures governing compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act until January 16, 2024, from the original January 2, 2024 deadline.
