US Department of Commerce Suspends Antidumping Duty Investigation on Sugar from Mexico

The US Department of Commerce has found that two Mexican sugar companies, Compañía Industrial Azucarera S.A. de C.V. and Ingenio Presidente Benito Juarez S.A. de C.V., met the terms of an agreement suspending the investigation, covering a period from December 1, 2021, to November 30, 2022.
