US Secretary of Energy Issues Determination on Uranium Sales for Mo-99 Production

The US Secretary of Energy has issued a determination allowing the sale of up to 750 kg of high- assay low-enriched uranium per year for two years to support molybdenum-99 production, with no adverse impact on the domestic uranium mining, conversion, and enrichment industries.
