FLRA to Update FOIA System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) plans to update its FOIA system of records, titled 'Freedom of Information Act Request and Appeal Files,' to include information about its new FOIA system, FOIAXPress, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
