FERC Seeks Comments on Blanket Authorizations for Investment Companies

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking public comment on revising its policy for providing blanket authorizations to investment companies under the Federal Power Act, as well as evaluating control of public utilities in such requests.
