U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lists Black-Capped Petrel as Endangered Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined endangered species status for the black-capped petrel, a pelagic seabird species found in the western Atlantic, under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
