EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Environmental Justice Technical Guidance

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for the revised Technical Guidance for Assessing Environmental Justice in Regulatory Analysis by 15 days, from January 15, 2024 to January 30, 2024.
