CDC Seeks Comments on Infectious Disease Notification Guidelines
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking public comment on new guidelines for notifying emergency response employees (EREs) of potentially life-threatening infectious diseases, as mandated by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-87).
