U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Exemption to Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted an exemption to Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company (MYAPC) to make annual withdrawals from a separate account for spent nuclear fuel and waste management without prior notification.
