U.S. NRC Issues Exemption to Constellation Energy for Dresden Nuclear Power Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) granted an exemption to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC, allowing the Dresden Nuclear Power Station to store spent fuel in a non-compliant condition, specifically with 68M multi-purpose canisters using continuous basket shims in the HI-STORM 100 Cask System.
