NRC Requests Renewal of Information Collection for NRC Form 354

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of its existing data collection, NRC Form 354, which is used to report on the spouse of a nuclear worker.
