NRC Considers Holtec Application for Palisades Nuclear Plant Transfer of Licenses and Conforming Amendment

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering approval of an application by Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC, to transfer control of the Renewed Facility Operating License for the Palisades Nuclear Plant and the general license for the Palisades Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation to Palisades Energy, LLC.
