NRC Considers Approval of Direct Transfer of Licenses for South Texas Project Units 1 and 2

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is considering approval of an application by STP Nuclear Operating Company, CPS Energy, and Constellation South Texas to transfer ownership of two percent of licenses for South Texas Project Units 1 and 2 and their associated spent fuel storage facility.
