NRC Staff Considers Approval of Global Laser Enrichment's Revised Standard Practice Procedures Plan

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reviewing a revision to Global Laser Enrichment's Standard Practice Procedures Plan, which would remove the Fuels Growth Engineering facility and confirm the continued use of classified matter controls at the Test Loop facility.
