NRC Proposes Revised Regulatory Framework for Advanced Reactors

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing a new regulatory framework for commercial nuclear plants, in response to the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act (NEIMA), with the goal of promoting risk-informed and technology-inclusive decision-making.
