NHTSA Delays Effective Date of Seat Belt Rule
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has delayed the effective date of a rule requiring seat belt use warnings in rear seats and enhanced front seat belt warnings until March 20, 2025, from January 3, 2025.
