NHTSA Corrects Final Rule on Child Restraint Systems
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has corrected a January 7, 2025 final rule to improve the ease-of-use of child restraint systems in vehicles, following a mandate from the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21).
