NHTSA Proposes to Simplify Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 210

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing to remove unnecessary regulatory text from Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 210, which governs seat belt assembly anchorages, in an effort to simplify the standard and reduce regulatory burdens on the automotive industry.
