FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for MHI RJ Aviation ULC Regional Jets

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain MHI RJ Aviation ULC Model CL-600-2B19 Regional Jet Series 100 & 440 airplanes to address a nondestructive test procedure that does not adequately inspect surface and subsurface fatigue cracks.
