FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Leonardo S.p.a. Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Leonardo S.p.a. Model A109S and AW109SP helicopters to address an unsafe condition related to a protective sheath installed around a fixed flight control rod.
