Notice of Availability for Record of Decision on Lynden and Sumas Land Ports of Entry Modernization Project

The US General Services Administration (GSA) has issued a Record of Decision (ROD) for the modernization and expansion of the Lynden and Sumas Land Ports of Entry (LPOE) in Washington, following a Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and floodplain assessment, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
