DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Improve Consistency in Suspension and Debarment Procedures

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing a final rule to improve consistency between procurement and nonprocurement procedures on suspension and debarment, based on the recommendations of the Interagency Suspension and Debarment Committee.
